>>147401Probably temperature. From my experience, superhots don't grow quickly at all unless they're in the conditions they love. Picture related - the upper left is one of my own Butch T Scorpions (and a Bhut Jolokia on the right). Started all of my peppers indoors in March, transplanted them around the 2nd week of May. I'm sure part of my issue was the late start and late transplant (we were still getting snow here in fucking May), but the fact it's only been hot and humid the last couple weeks is probably also not helping.
Other two pics - bottom left is a white tomato I was sure was going to just keel over and die upon transplanting but instead turned into the biggest retard strength plant ever, and bottom right is my whole pepper/tomato patch.
