I can fill this thing to just about bursting and attach some extra backs onto the many straps with carabiners and while it's heavy as fuck to put on, once it is on and I'm walking I can go all day and barely notice it. Only problems I've ever had is that one of the clips is stiff and can be difficult to release, but other than that it's probably the best purchase I ever made for hiking.
