They make another higher end one I think.
They are expensive but you can find some on outlet stores I think.
I have never needed a mesh liner with mine, you keep dry inside even with heavy rain all day. If you still wanted one, the Skagen comes with buttons to attach inner jackets and liners.
It's easily a 10/10 for me. You feel you're inside a comfy cocoon, it is not too heavy (you would be surprised, It was heavily recommended to my not as a sailin jacket, but for use in the mountain when it rains), it is very durable, it has reflective material, rubber seals on the sleeves, big, nice inner pockets (you can fit a book there) and it also insulates against all wind.
The only thing bad about it is the zipper. It could have been one of those bigger ones.
