>>1684633I have sleep paralysis too sometimes. When I was around 25 I learned to just accept that it was a cute ghost loli trying to keep me asleep so we could cuddle more. This unironically made it so every time I get it I actually enjoy it. Unfortunately It almost works too well and because I didn't panic I end up smiling and ending the paralysis.
It takes a lot of work, but using meditation and practice you can change your instinctual reaction to it. What really helped was imagining warmth.
