I am getting closer to deciding whether to buy the Advanced Elements Expedition Elite kayak. I think it's slower than the Sea Eagle Razorlite but faster than the Advanced Elements Airvolution. The only other convertible kayaks I know of are from Aquaglide with their Navarro kayak. Any advice regarding these things? I want both the single and double deck conversions so I am probably going to buy the deluxe bundle for $1156 which comes with 2 paddles, foot rest, drop stitch floor, 2 decks, pump and repair kit. I intend to go by myself but with one or two dogs, so I can't get the single paddler one. I'll have an extra paddle and I'll need to buy a spray skirt too.
