he opened his fanny pack, passed dove chocolates out to everyone (about 7 of us), and then continued on his way
everyone else ate their dove right away, and I waited until we finished the day's hike to make sure it didn't fucking poison them
turned out fine - tasty chocolate at the end of the hike
