OP here, just bumping this thread, glad we got some good discussion in yesterday. One person did have some great questions about the ethics of trapping as it relates to animal welfare, and also to wastefulness, and utilizing animals.
In addition to people wanting to start trapping, I also always welcome dissenting opinions or questions regarding the sport, so if anyone has a question that isn't so much about how to trap but WHY i trap or is trapping wrong, post away!
