But, any of them that burn out could also light up their own fires. It is a legit idea that could work, but I really don't see that sort of thing ever happening. I'm sure someone could get a research grant just to study the viability of such a thing and get some work at the very least. Who knows, maybe you only need a few rows of them in certain locations to fuck wind speeds over the rest of the downwind state.
