>>1644027I don't speak from much experience but I did a 2-day hike in the High Peaks Wilderness (i.e. constant rock hopping and watching every step) with pic related and felt much better than the portions of the trail I did in boots. They don't have any support or cushioning so not advisable if you're carrying a large pack or doing anything in cold/wet weather, but you get more control over your step and the benefits of a light shoe. Also only ~$20 so it's not a tragedy if they don't work for you
