In fact, to a certain degree, shithole countries actually have a kind of innate immunity to it. Nobody even blinks at a power outage in fuckin' Liberia, for instance, and nobody's going to freeze to death as a result of a power failure in a shithole because they're all quite warm countries (which in sure is just a coincidence, BTW).
