Here's my garden as of a week ago- started it two months late because I tried to chop my finger off with a friend's tractor.
Guys, I need help: I put the soil in too loose, and it's been 100 F + here, having to water two or three times a day to not scorch my plants. I'm worried that it's washing away the nutrients. I packed down the soil some and it's getting better but I don't know what to do about the water schedule- any pointers?
The tomatos are happy, the peppers are getting chomped by earwigs (hate those fuckers) and the devil's lettuce is runty but starting to take off.
