Me personally, I want something I could put a bathroom and a kitchen in along with a designated bedroom, which I know is totally doable in smaller vans and even in shuttles/5 window buses like the ones posted here. Strangely those seem to be a lot more expensive than the bigger ones sometimes and the only smaller shuttles I've found within a few hundred miles of me havent been renovated at all, so I'd have to start with taking the seats out, whereas the 8 window has everything done for me as I said.
If it makes any difference I'd mostly use it for occasional road trips and parking it at my parent's small farm, though I do like the idea of having something I could stealth camp in.
