Pic is what I'm working with (Tablespoon for scale), the vase where I'd like to plant the peppers and the herbs (probably Rosemary, Thyme and some other that I can't really picture right now). A friend of mine suggested to fill it until the step on the vase, but wouldn't it be too much soil?
