If you are caught without money, proper identification papers, or sleeping overnight outside your home/property, sanctioned camp ground, or hotel you get arrested. If you want to do out shit on someone else's property you need written permission on your person at all times. If you want to do it in a camp ground you have to have the papers they give you when you sign up there.
