The lake had a natural dam to it too. The next day we managed to climb across the logs to get to the other side to try and find a geocache. Unfortunatly a jungle of bramble bushes and a steep hike blocked our path. Annoyingly we found tons of dry wood on that side. Probably because the sun hits the north side of the lake more then the west side. We didn't take this particular route in the picture, but this is a good example of the dammed area. tons of trout swimming between the logs. We tried to fish but the outbro who brought his rod had difficulties with the real. I tried fishing just using the string tied to my finger but i lost 2 hooks because of snagged logs.
