Converts are never really accepted in Judaism, I can promise you that. Only in 1987 did we stop stamping the Israeli passports of converts with "convert". People can believe what they want, but remember - god chose the Jews, not the other way around.
I'm assured it's the same way for brahminic hindus. Some freaks always want to be members of clubs they're not invited to. In many countries, exclusivity is no longer legally convenient.
All this aside, I reserve my right to judge people on the choices they make.
