You know how when growing up you have the urge to do some stupid shit with the shit around you? Like throwing stones and chopping small trees down for no other reason than because you can? And while you dont ususally do that shit as an adult now, once in a while those urges come back and you throw a big stone onto an icy lake or some shit.
In the city, you don't have those outlets. You are surrounded by people the property of those people. Your dumb naughty urges all involve fucking with those because that's all you have around you. That's why city people are so depraved, because they are used to acting out their dumb urges onto others. It means nothing to them.
That's my perspective as someone who grew up in the ghetto, but largely isolated myself until I escaped it when i turned 18. You see it most commonly with young people, but even as an adult you sometimes want to do the stupid shit you did when you were younger.
