OP how wide is it? Almost reminds me of a piece of a coal tipple like a conveyer belt to carry coal down the mountainside to the railroad tracks.
This is a piece of an old pipe that used to carry water up this mountainside in southern West Virginia to the top where there was a now-dismantled fire tower decades ago. I have to go back and make it to the top!
