You lose a lot going from 12v DC to 120v AC.
Then through the power brick, back to a low-voltage DC. Efficiency losses in both those conversions.
For every amp you draw on the 120v side, you're drawing over 10 amps DC.
You're better off buying a small 12v "RV" TV designed to run off 12v - far less power loss, and less wiring to dick with. They make them up to 32".
Might be able to find a vehicle adapter for the playstation too.
Go 12v for as much as you can, avoid having to use an inverter. Truck stops carry a wide variety of 12v appliances.
Or get a generator.
