so even flour / water will find its own yeast just floating around in the air. Don't give it time to rise. Mix. Put in oven. Don't leave it on the counter or in the fridge overnight or anything.
you aren't adding anything weird like baking powder/baking soda, (i can't imagine you'd add yeast...) or any other ingredient?
