I'm in South Carolina for the winter and looking forward to doing some multi-day tours with my inflatable. It definitely doesn't paddle like a hard shell but I've done a fair bit of rafting so I approached it with a bit of that mindset and I've come to appreciate it. It's a great marsh boat for fishing and holy fuck it can carry a LOT of weight. It's also basically impossible to sink, I've swamped it up to the top and been fine, though I might find a way to put some scuppers in it. The previous model was self-bailing and this one isn't, but they didn't change the floor design so there's still a place scuppers should be. I think I'm going to order a set of handles, too. It's got bow and stern handles, but no handles on the gunnels and that makes portaging annoying.
