Started my workout routine yesterday, did 10 miles on the treadmill all flat, I'll do that for a week and then start wearing my weight vest with half weight (20 pounds) after im comfortable I'll add elevation to the mix and then go out and do this three mile hike thasts in my town +10 miles on the tred.
Still waiting on the approval then I'll start buying my gear and my food, have a pretty good idea of resupply locations for the trail, I'll probably only send 3 resupply boxes from the trail and then I'll just live off of whatever the towns have to offer.
