I had been trying different options for packaged meat to mix with my couscous and now I'm fixated on this canned herring. Higher protein/fat than any vacuum packed salmon or tuna I've found. Better calorie to weight ratio than the salmon I had been trying. Fucking delicious by itself. I just boil my water, toss in the couscous to soak and heat up, then dump in the whole can. Pure joy.
