Aight fellas. sorry for blog posting but here goes. I made it to Leipzig yesterday from Berlin on the regional trains. Basically just drank beer, ate döner and walked around the city all day - apparently Leipzig is germanys poorest city which I find hard to believe. I ended up just walking about 30 minutes from the main train station to a park that had bushes and a small forest nearby. Walked over a few fallen trees and went deep in there and set up my tent. Ended up getting about 5 hours of sleep - woke up a few times to screaming foxes but other than that it was comfy as fuck.
I will say that stealth camping in Europe is a lot harder than Asia (Japan & Korea) from my experience. There’s a lot more human shit, piss and tissues everywhere and people are out all hours of the night in some places. I guess it will be interesting to see what it’s like in smaller towns
