>>796281Recommending anything to Mt Solitary, has to be my favorite walk I've done so far, though experience is somewhat limited. Covered K2K, Lockley's pylon to Blue Gum, Six Foot Track, and Scenic World to Mt Solitary.
It's an absolutely beautiful walk, taking you through so many ecological communities for the fairly short distance which you cover. I absolutely love it, the variety, and the stunning views there, with my favorite view out of all I've seen being Chinaman's Gully campsite lookout, pic related (tying with Anvil Rock lookout).
Seriously recommend it to anyone. Reasonably challenging in parts, anyway, though nothing which is considered impossible. Just get some friends and you're guaranteed to be set and finishing the walk.
Any recommendations for walks in the Blue Mountains? Particularly 1 night tracks for navigation experience, though not too far away so I can trot back to civilization without the help of Airpol.
