>>1852732The deep freeze cycle took about ten hours. It doesn't really save on power because the harvest right is actually pretty darn efficient. It saves time if you do it ahead of time. If you are trying to get as much done with your machine as possible. Mine is just an expensive play thing at the moment. I'm just trying to get good with it and figure out what works and what doesn't. I want to start a little BBQ place when I retire and being able to turn leftovers into high end freeze dried shelf stable meals would be neat. Most of the commercial stuff now is kinda shit.
