Had a moment.
I was in a creek looking up through the trees. It was mid spring and the trees were all freshly green. The leaves were thick enough where I wasn't staring directly into the sun
As I stared I lost knowledge of my body for a few moments and it felt as if I was looking just at a picture. I was simply what was in front of me.
It was one of the most powerful feelings I've had related to the wilderness. I simply acknowledged the woods in front of me and it absorbed me.
The whole thing probably lasted like 15 seconds.
