If you want some real modern day wild west shit you need to go to some monkey hole in Africa, Central and S. America, SE Asia, or American mega cities. If you want frontier stuff then; Siberia, Alaska, northern Canada, some of the mountain states in the US, the arctic in general, central Australia etc.
