I just picked this up on amazon for 25 bucks. Good size (I don't like giant knives), checks all the boxes, comes with a decent leather sheath with a dangler loop. Mine came out of the box sharp enough to shave arm hair. Only con is that the handle feels slippery when I'm holding it using gloves, but the screws are easy enough to undo and replace the handles with something else if I cared enough to. First knife I've bought since my first Companion that I didn't give me buyer's remorse.
