>>518059when I was 8 there was this one beach we used to go to that had a long jetty that lots of people would go fishing off of and shit. well, we went and bought some squid at the bait shop and we'd just tie it to string and toss it into the canal hoping to pull up crabs and such. crabs were easy and we got bucketloads of them (never kept, always threw-back) but I swear on my grandmother's tits i pulled a lobster up out of the deep end. i felt something grab my squid and it was heavy and as a kid I was hoping I was gonna see a little sandshark or something and it was a fucking lobster. bucketed that bitch and everyone came around to congratulate me. then we threw it back, my dad hit me for tracking sand in the car, and we drove home. memories.
