I personally always liked the idea of a big trawler with two big diesels and a deep vee hull (pic kinda related) that could plow through any weather and has enough range to cross oceans. I think it would be cool to just dock one in the Caribbean somewhere and just live in it as your apartment in a permanent vacation.
