If you want to make sure you get one of these new SAK that benefit from the best of both brands, pick one of these pic related knives with that new shape, that also come with a lock mechanism for the blade and a few other tools. As for other models, most haven't changed the slightest since the buyout.
Or maybe you could wait a few more weeks... Victorinox and Wenger are in the process of completely merging together, and future Wenger knives will be branded as Victorinox. It may be worth waiting some time if you're not in a hurry, some new models could be coming. Or maybe not.
