>>869341The only whoopie sling I had enough amsteel for. Used about sixteen feet of amsteel for this one. Two inch fixed eye, about eight inches of bury behind it, another eight inch bury for the adjustable loop, and another eight inches of bury for the handle. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of construction. Now I just gotta order some more amsteel so I can make the other three. Oh, well; I've got tree straps to make still, along with the actual hammocks. I'll probably do the straps tomorrow, might get the hammocks banged out the day after. It really all depends on how much free time I can squeeze out of each day.
