Note, it will help me a lot if everyone read other posts and see if their thoughts have already been written down, and/or to agree with the ones they see fit.
The screening process shouldn't be left up to me alone. Not because of the work load, but because it will become "polluted" with my own thoughts too much.

IMO if im not going to take this dead serious, than im not going to do it at all.
Any contribution is welcome. I think personal experience in the wild will help the most. The rest will be a period of reshaping.
