>>2041627>>2041631I dont - know- but as much as its not agreeable with your mind, it is probably a drainage/overwatering/stagnant water/clayey soil problem. There should never form any puddles on your soil for longer than 15 seconds even under extreme watering. There should never be standing water at the bottom, Water should be able to flow through the soil in a matter of seconds, the soil doesnt need to be wet, just moist like clothes ready to be folded.
Or you can just try watering them even more.
Start over.
