I will also cash out some of my investment if another 20+k pump happens. Some to reinvest, some to keep for gains so I can buy land for to grow my own food and shit.
To go back on topic, are any of you guys planning to DIY your own homes? Quality prefab tinyhomes cost at least 30k. That's still not cheap.
