All 3 are going to require expensive electronics. Solar batteries are quiet expensive, the good ones that last more than a year or two are about $800+ EACH. Plus the panels ($150-$300 EACH) can probably wear out, not sure on the life of them. I would think wind and water is better because you can literally build a wind/water mill out of complete scrap or lumber like pic related.
