Americans get arrested for growing flowers on their own lawns, refusing to stand for the pledge of allegiance and for having 'lunch debt' when sent to school without change by their parents. People whose homes are destroyed in hurricanes and earthquakes are denied financial aid for being 'anti-Israel'. Americans have worse teeth, worse health, lower life expectancy, longer working hours, etc. You contradict yourself by demanding recognition of individual rights and ownership, then on the other insisting the wealthier give up those rights for the same 'common good' you otherwise call communism.
