I currently have a pair of Skechers shoes that have the inside heel worn down to the plastic as well as holes in the memory foam worn in where the balls of my feet are as well as my big toes, probably because of how my feet stick outward and I put weight the most in those areas.
I'm just afraid that the same thing could possibly happen if I were to get a more expensive shoe/boot, unless the soles can be replaced and possibly the inside heel repaired if that were to happen.
Danner's has repairing services though, so that probably shouldn't be too much of an issue if it does happen.
