Modular everything. beds should be foldable/movable/futon. or at least have storage under them if they're fixed. Net meshing is nice. Realize anything you keep in a cupboard/etc is going to move. Netting even along the ceiling keeps things in place. Velcro and magnets work too.
>little cooler, even if you have a fridge you still might need it
>jerry can, couple quarts oil, tranny fluid, washer fluid
>spare battery
>tether phone for internet, personally I just carry a notepad and write down everything I want to do/lookup next time I internet access.
