I live in Oregon and rain is in constant on-again off-again. Looking for a jacket that fits these conditions in order of importance:
1. Lightweight / packable. I want to be able to bring my jacket to school without noticing a big difference on my person.
2. Water resistance. It has to be at least resistance if not water-proof.
3. Little to no insulation. I really only say this because insulation usually increases space and weight, and stuff that doesn't is usually expensive.
4. Price. I'm looking at $50-$150 but will go as high at $200 for something I find truly special.
5. Appearance. It doesn't have to be /fa/ but it can't be ugly.
Right now I'm looking at whiskeymilitia and theclymb and have found some good things. Unfortunately they don't come with reviews ...
