And I think those Mayan Cichlids fight the hardest for their size, but peacocks are great too. Everything is a little diffrent. Bluegill are feisty but you can always rip them out of the water fast. Mayans like to run real hard back and forth parallel to shore while diving the whole time and are a blast on lighter tackle. Snakehead like to dig into the ground and are a good fight. Largemouth bass are sometimes lazy and you get ones that let you pull them 75% of the way to shore until they start running but then others will jump out of the water 4' in the air and try to shake the hook. Peacocks are always a good fight and run around and dive and try to wrap you up in any weeds. Those invasives and nonnatives all seem to fight harder and are more active than lots of the North American natives.
