I got this thing thrown in with a pipe stand I bought used, and it's a wonderful pipe.
As for the pipe weed, it's one of those things I saw at my local shop, and as I've now had enough English blends to have an opinion on it, I felt I ought to try it out.
The big difference is it's Burley-based instead of Virginia, so it's a cooler smoke with less bite, but at the cost of being less flavorful too.
It's got many of the same exotic tobaccos like Latakia in there, and you can tell they did their homework and modeled it after things like Dunhill 965. It's just not nearly as heavy.
For $5 it's a great introduction to the style, and recommended as a first English blend for beginners to see what the fuss is about.
