>>1320224>I hike in classic hightop chucks. Ive never had a blister. Longest hike was the tahoe rim. My only gripe is theyre not waterproof but thats a fair tradeoff for comfort and lightweight. Idk why but I really hate big clunky bootsGood Lord mate, i remember I tried to use all star when I was like 15-16 years old, simply couldn't, besides being all quite uncomfortable in some way, they'd all appear to be in some way a "clow's shoes" but when I began to use hiking boots bookts, that with jeans.. that was the good looks, all arround protection and confort I was ever looking, even in an office job I had I used hiking boots, jeans and a shirt and I really liked it. I honestly can't see how long hikes can work without some degree of water resistance
