She doesn't exercise regularly and said that she has asthma when trying to gain altitude, but I think we can work around that (my sister has asthma, exercises regularly, uses inhalers, and has zero problems at 12,000ft) so I offered to build her a program at the gym and to help her get stronger and she was interested in doing that. I'm not the type of guy who's gonna try and change somebody for my own needs, but she's actually interested in this kind of stuff so I want to help her.
