Any lightweight pot or pan with a non-stick surface is a shortcut to cancer. I've had a lot of cheap and expensive lightweight pots over the last 15 years. After researching it, pretty much none of them were food safe. Opted for a food grade stainless steel pot earlier this year. Yes it's a bit on the heavy side, but it's a breeze to keep clean and it won't give me cancer. Highly recommended. This will be my last post.
