>>1680551There were a few years I had to cut back and I didn't drain it and it became an actual pond. I must have spawned 10,000 frogs out of it over ~4 years. Sat outside and watched them go from tadpole to frog. Hundreds of dragonfly moltings too, they must have killed every god damned mosquito within 5 miles of my house. I have a picture somewhere of dozens and dozens of molt "shells" all around the inside but I'm not on my home pc. Pretty awesome, considered leaving it that way and maybe tossing some koi or something in there but they'd kill all the frogs/dragonflies and I like swimming.
