I belive i found a ton of orange-latex milky mushrooms, but have never foraged them before and want an ID confirmation.
They were found dotted below newgrowth conifer (Douglas fir probably) in the hills north of Portland Oregon.
When cut they dont bleed, but do have and orange color inside the gills.
The gills are attached, with the mushroom becoming almost vase shaped with age.
The most distinctive feature to me is the concentric rings of orange and tan on the cap.
