I would rather blow a single American's average salary on stupid shit like timeshares and private jets and chartered choppers and motor-yachts than waste it on some ill-advised plan to give dirt to dirty people. OP's plan is GUARANTEED to run afoul of the law. Even if it were legal it would fall apart as stakeholders inevitably disagreed over who does more work or pays more money or what that money or work is worth.
