Basic idea: run a rope in a loop back and forth along the kayak with the anchor line secured somewhere along the loop. Pull loop to change position of the anchor.
Ofc. you gotta work out a way to have the loop/anchor stay in place. My initial idea: tie a small loop on the anchorloop and fasten it to a carabiner or something.
